Abound in Love // Philippians 1:9

This is my prayer for you, too. I devote so much of my time and energy in seeking ways to make God’s Word come to life for people seeking for hope and help. My personal mission statement is to connect the presence and activity of God in daily living. I hope that you experience a little glimpse of God’s love when I write these daily reflections, occasional videos, and weekly sermons. Whether it’s from family experiences, silly national holidays, quotes, movie clips, song lyrics, or sports analogies, my ongoing prayer is that your love may abound in more knowledge and depth of insight into the incomparable depths of God’s love for you. For as Paul also wrote in Ephesians 3:17b-19, “I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.“
