The Great Light // Isaiah 9:2

Today’s verse comes from a beautiful prophecy about the coming of Christ. Jesus echoes this in John 8:12 when He said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (NIV). I pray that the Light of the World will illuminate not just your path, but your soul. That way you can radiate Jesus Light wherever you go and in everything you do. Let the Great Light of God glow gloriously in and through you today.
