Romans 12:12

We need this verse. I need this verse. Hope is a state of being that calls us to live into the promise that God’s way wins. The call is for that hope to bring you confidence in God and rejoice in His presence. The next part of the verse acknowledges that we will face troubles along the way. So what are we to do? Keep praying — ask God for guidance; confess your need; celebrate His love and mercy; seek forgiveness for your messes, misses, and mistakes. What strikes me is we gotta keep moving. Rejoicing in patient prayer calls us to action in the good times and not-so-good times. So let’s get to it!
