Pentecost Sunday // Acts 4:31

Today is Pentecost Sunday, the day we remember how God sent His Holy Sprit to all who profess faith in Jesus as God’s one and only son. The Holy Spirit first rested above the heads of the disciples on that day in tongues of flame. Today, the Holy Spirit still helps us stay on fire for God! I love the John Wesley quote that says, “Light yourself on fire with passion for God and people will come from miles to watch you burn.” May the Holy Spirit start and stoke that holy passion within us all!
