On Giftedness // 1 Corinthians 12:7

Pablo Picasso is quoted as saying, “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.” That strikes me when I think about God granting every Jesus follower a spiritual gift. These gifts are designed for us to use to benefit others individually, as well as the church corporately. Note that spiritual gifts aren’t necessarily talents, but there can be some definite overlap. So, go to God and find out the gifts He wants you to use to help point others to Him. Then, live into that calling and let’s work together to help others and make the love of God known to the world!
