National Snowflake Day // Psalm 139:14

Todays is National Snowflake Day. I remember learning about how each and every snowflake is unique. That is just like you and me. God doesn’t make two people just alike. That, to me, is a powerful example of God’s existence and creative power. Psalm 139:14 tells us that God made us to be amazing, and fearfully so. This isn’t fear in regard to terror as much as it is a mind-blowing awe. I hope you will find ways today to live into your amazing awesome uniqueness. Though there have been times I wished I was a little different (such as taller, straighter hair, better vision, etc.) I know that no one can impact the world quite like I can. And that isn’t to be a vain declaration, but a statement of fact. The same is true for you. No one else can go the places you go to do the things you can do based on the unique individuality that only you can provide. So please do not deprive the world of the awesomely unique things that only you can do here on this National Snowflake Day!
