Merry Christmas! // Isaiah 9:6

Merry Christmas! This is the day we celebrate Jesus’ birth as the fulfillment of God’s promise to be with us, save us, and lead us to heaven. Isaiah wrote these words hundreds of years before Christ’s birth, offering a promise to a weary and broken people: “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given… and he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” What was once hope was now reality, and one we enjoy every moment of every single day. God come to dwell among us, bringing light, guidance, and peace to our lives, leading us to heaven. This morning, pause to open your heart to the presence of Christ. Reflect on the wonder of God’s gift, and let it shape how you live, love, and rejoice today. Make it a day to remember as we celebrate Jesus’ birth and look forward to His return.
