Live & Give // 1 John 4:7

Love comes from God. Amen, right?! Love does indeed come from God yet all too often we make it about self. That is not what God intended in the beginning, let alone today. Love is a gift for us to live in, and give to, others. As we get ready to worship on this Lord’s Day, I hope we will focus on God’s love for us, poured out from heaven, designed to flood the world. May we receive the love so we can spread it with a world so desperately in need of it. God is love, so let’s live it and give it.
