Just Breathe // Romans 8:26

Wow, what a verse! The Bible promises that even when the best prayer we can muster is a moan or groan, the Holy Spirit translates it into a prayer language for Father. Just imagine your last wail whipped by the wind directly to the heart of God. The Holy Spirit is oft described as the wind. Biblical Hebrew gives us a translation of the breath of God. So, if you feel broken, take a deep breath. Inhale the goodness of God and exhale hope. Long controlled breaths will help you fill your life down to your very cells. Just breathe. And know that when your exhales are comprised of exasperation, the Spirit is working for you inside and out.
