Integration // Mark 12:30

Today is International Mind and Body Wellness Day. It makes me think of how God wants us to live by recognizing the love that comes first from Him that we are called to return to service and ministry in the world. Jesus talked about the Greatest Commandment in terms of living fully integrated in God’s love with our heart, soul, mind, and body. As many are trying to figure out their new year’s resolution or goals, make sure they are fully integrated with God’s plan for you!
