Happy Mother’s Day // Proverbs 31:25-26

Proverbs 31:10-31 is famously known as a passage depicting the nobility of a wife and mother purposed in, and propelled by, God’s love. I guess passages like this are no long in vogue, but that doesn’t diminish the timeless truth of a life oriented by love, lived out in service, and devoted to others. I celebrate my grandmothers who are with Jesus today. I honor my mom and mother-in-law for the impact they have in my life. I cherish my bride who embodies this daily in our home. I thank God for those who live with strength and dignity, speak with wisdom, and teach faithfully. Who are you celebrating on this Mother’s Day? Make sure they know and celebrate them appropriately!
