God IS With You // Psalm 23:6

Today’s verse is one for which I am thankful. Psalm 23 is one of the most well-known passages in the Scriptures as it points to God’s caring presence with us, the people of His pasture. King David wrote about various conditions of life in this Psalm…from God leading Him to a serene place to rest to God providing a meal for Him to God directing and protecting him, as well as walking with him through the dark side of living, such as the shadow of death. Today’s verse essentially tells us that God is with us in goodness and love (or mercy, as it is described in other translations) regardless of what we face. I hope you know that and can feel it today wherever you go, because God IS with you!
