For the Lord // Proverbs 22:4

Today’s verse is one we might be inclined to misunderstand. God isn’t about making us wealthy and popular in the ways of the world. No, the Lord rewards people of faith with spiritual riches, the honor of membership in God’s family, and eternal life. Living a life of faith can be challenging in this world since it is so countercultural, but the benefits are out of this world! What can you do on this Lord’s Day to live with faith and find the glory that God shines on His children?
