National Student’s Day // Hebrews 4:12

Today is National Student’s Day. We all hear that we are supposed to learn something new every day, right? Can there be anything more important for our spiritual lives than learning God’s Word, discerning God’s Will, and committing to go God’s Way? When we think about God’s Word, it isn’t designed just to inspire or doesn’t just inform us…no, we are to let it transform us! The Words of God has the power to reach into the unseen places of our hearts, cutting through pretense and pride, revealing motives we often hide even from ourselves. Though this inner work can be uncomfortable, it’s what allows our outer lives to reflect God’s love and truth with authenticity. When Scripture shapes the hidden parts of who we are, our words, actions, and relationships become living evidence of His presence deep within. What God does in secret becomes visible through how we live and love. So, how might others see the love of God more clearly in your life as you allow His Word to shape the unseen parts of your heart? What will you do with it today as you seek to learn more about God, and MAYBE have an opportunity to teach someone else about His love and everlasting life?
